In this project, we analyze deaths that occurred in France between 2019 and 2022. The goal is to highlight key characteristics of deaths, especially location, average age, and sex of deceased people.
The analysis shows that Ile-de-France is the region with the highest number of deaths. It also reveals an age-distribution asymmetry, with a median lower than the mean.
Below are parallel boxplots showing the distribution of age at death by region in France.
